Orders are processed daily between Monday and Friday 08:00 - 5.30 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday or after 14:30 GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
I.E Order Monday receive your delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.
Delivery Time
UK Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Signed for:
1 to 2 days delivery time.
Europe Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed for service:
3 to 5 days delivery time.
Rest of World Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed for:
7 to 10 days delivery time.
Delivery/ Shipping Cost
Our shopping cart will work out the shipping cost for you, this is based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you, 99% of items are usually in stock.
You will be phoned or emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Split Orders
Should one items be out of stock, we will split your order and ship the items in stock, again we will phone or email you about the missing item with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
You will not be charged any extra for delivery
P.O Boxes
Sorry we do not deliver to P.O Boxes this is because all deliveries require a signature.
BFPO addresses
Yes we do deliver to BFPO addresses.
