Missing ItemsVery occasionally parcels may become lost in the post. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to ring us and we will attempt to track and trace the order with either Royal Mail or the courier the parcel was sent using. Please note that items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses.
