Q. How do I purchase a product online?
A. Find the product you wish to purchase. Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the Add to Cart button. Here you are taken to the Shopping Cart page. Once you have finished adding products to your cart, you can change the quantifies of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select Check Out. Then select the invoice country i.e.. UK, Europe, USA etc.., if you require a different delivery address tick the box. Click Next and fill in your personal details, tick the box next to Terms & Conditions. Then select the type of shipping you wish. All our deliveries go on royal mail first class signed for (U.K customers) and european or international signed for service by royal mail.Click Next. You now have the option to which payment method you wish to use - either HSBC or Paypal and both can be used by anyone. Select your choice and click next. Press next again and you will be taken to the selected payment providers page. Enter your details, and your order is complete. After completing the payment you will receive an email confirming your order.

Q. How can I order and pay for the products?
A. Products can be bought online, or if you prefer, by phone on 01332 204348 or 01332 203008 . For those of you who prefer to order by mail please send a cheque or Postal Order to us (Darkside Clothing) in pounds sterling. We accept Access , Visa , Delta and Switch, Maestro and Paypal.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We try to despatch all Products within 24 hours and 99% is usually in stock, this is plus postage time of next day U.K customers,3 to 5 days for Europe and 7 to 10 days for rest of world, Except weekends and holidays

Q. Can I order and pay for my products over the telephone?
A. Absolutely, If you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone: 01332 204348 or 01332 203008 between the hours found below and our team can give you advice as well as process your order via an HSBC terminal.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Signed for: 1 to 2 days delivery time.
Europe Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed for service: 3 to 5 days delivery time.
Rest of World Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed for: 7 to 10 days delivery time.

Q. Can I change my order?
A. This will depend on the status of your order. Please click here to send us an email stating your order number and what you would like amended. Please be aware that if you intend to change you order, that the product you wish to change to is available on our website. And we will confirm if the changes can be made.

Q.What currency do you use?
A.Payments are taken in UK sterling (GBP). If your purchasing from outside the UK, the GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your bank / card operator.

Q. Does the price of goods include VAT?
A. Yes all prices include VAT at the new rate of 15%

Q. Does Darkside Clothing deliver outside the UK and how much does it cost?
A. We do deliver to the following locations: Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan.
The checkout will work out the cost of delivery for you, this is based on the items you order and the delivery address.

Q. Do you ship to P.O Boxes
Sorry we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses,This is because all orders have to be signed for at the time of delivery.

A. Darkside Clothing is committed to supplying products of the highest quality. Each product comes with a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within 28 days for a refund.

Q. Is it safe to order products on the Internet?
A. Shopping is totally safe. Once you have finished shopping go to the check out fill in you details and delivery address. You then have a choice of method of payment - HSBC secure ePayments for credit cards or Paypal. When you actually come to entering your credit card details you are taken onto a secure server operated by the respective Payment Service Provider (PSP) - (HSBC or Paypal). Both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This in turn, for your added comfort and security, we as a company do not hold any credit card details on our servers. Q.Is there a catalogue of your products available?
A.currently there is no available catalogue; this may change sometime in the future. Because the website is constantly being updated it is best to check regularly for increased size ranges and new lines.
