Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and Maestro cards, We use HSBC secure epayments, Sec Pay and Paypal The choice of which payment gate to use is yours. We also take orders by Phone or Fax and by Post.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling Shipping cost are calculated when you place an item in the shopping cart.
If your ordering by post please remember to place your item in the shopping cart to get a total cost.
All deliveries are shipped by secure service and signed for at time of delivery.
Overseas orders are shipped by airmail for fast delivery.
P.O BOXES
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses, Sorry.
This is because all orders have to be signed for at the time of delivery.
ORDERS
Orders are shipped within three days, ( Except weekends and holidays)
Should an item be out of stock, we will place the item on back order and deliver between 7-10 days.
Orders are sent insured and have to be signed for at the time of delivery. (should you not be a home to recieve your parcel the carrirer will leave a card with their contact details on, to arrange deilvery.

Returns Policy Items must be returned in 7 working days after the day of receipt.
All returned items must be unworn, unused , unwashed and with tags, labels intact.
All items are checked at the time of manufacture and again before shipping
Faulty items are normaly replaced like for like, except if an item is out of stock or discontinued.
Falling this we will issues you with a credit note or refund.
Size replacement/ Exchange items
Must be accompanied by the original
Invoice Number on which the goods were purchased, including your
name and address. We advise customers to use Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for mislaid
or non delivery of parcels to us.
