Q. How do I purchase a product online?
A. Find the product you wish to purchase. Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the Add to Cart button. Here you are taken to the Shopping Cart page. Once you have finished adding products to your cart, you can change the quantifies of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select Check Out.
Q. How can I order and pay for the products?
A. Products can be bought online, or if you prefer, by phone on 01332 204348 or 01332 203008 . For those of you who prefer to order by mail please send a cheque or Postal Order to us (Darkside Clothing) in pounds sterling. We accept Access , Visa , Delta and Switch, Maestro and Paypal.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We try to despatch all Products within 24 hours and 99% is usually in stock, this is plus postage time of next day U.K customers,3 to 5 days for Europe and 7 to 10 days for rest of world, Except weekends and holidays

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Signed for: 1 to 2 days delivery time.
Europe Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed for service: 3 to 5 days delivery time.
Rest of World Delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed for: 7 to 10 days delivery time.
Q. Can I change my order?
A. This will depend on the status of your order. Please click here to send us an email stating your order number and what you would like amended. Please be aware that if you intend to change you order, that the product you wish to change to is available on our website. And we will confirm if the changes can be made.
Q.What currency do you use?
A.Payments are taken in UK sterling (GBP). If your purchasing from outside the UK, the GBP price will be converted to your own currency by your bank / card operator.
Q. Does the price of goods include VAT?
A. Yes all prices include VAT at the new rate of 20%
Q. Does Darkside Clothing deliver outside the UK and how much does it cost?
A. We do deliver to the following locations: Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan.
The checkout will work out the cost of delivery for you, this is based on the items you order and the delivery address.
Q. Do you ship to P.O Boxes
Sorry we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses,This is because all orders have to be signed for at the time of delivery.
